Kaiou Han is a skilled fighter who earned Kaiou rank. He can cut a apple with his kick. He could fight Mohammad Alai Jr for a short amount of time (although he gain an upper hand, he lost because he thought Alai Jr's style is incomplete without kicking skill). (Source: Baki Wiki)
