Wolpis Carter (ウォルピスカーター) is an utaite and lyricist who debuted in 2012. The recording quality of his singing wasn't very good at first, but it became better around the middle of 2013 with some of his remix covers. Wolps has a high pitched, feminine voice which can be mistaken at times, but it becomes manly when he sings lower. He is known for ballad songs, where he uses many vibrato and legato notes with warm, vivid emotions to convey to the listener.
