Established as a subsidiary of Triple A in May 2009 , with the goal of creating original works from the company by Ryosuke Yamada, who was the production desk of Triple A, Takuya Ono, who was in charge of production, and Takeshi Oda, an animator.

The company name is an abbreviation of "Challenge To Challenge", and is influenced by the parent company TripleA's corporate philosophy of "without challenge there is no success".
Although the business was animation planning and production, after its establishment, it mainly worked as a gross contract for other companies, just like the parent company. Since 2012, they have been in charge of the production of five-minute short animations such as "Yurumeitsu Kare wa 3D", and in the form of joint production with other companies. They often collaborates with production companies and satellites , and has been in charge of many gross contracts for satellite productions even after the start of production. With the goal of " someday becoming a prime contractor production company", they have continued to produce gross contracts, co-productions, and short animations for other companies . Achieved the goal by doing the independent production of TV animation works. Since then, they have mainly been working as a prime contractor, but have also continued to undertake gross contracts as before.

In February 2022, they established a finishing department within the company.
